There are hardly any examples of people recovering without one of those quack cures because people who recover with their help get advertised while people who simply recover do not. I think EBM and speticism is hardest to adhere to in desperate situations, where one would give almost anything for some improvement. Sad how some unscrupulous people are willing to leverage this desperation for their own finiancial gains.</description>
